Toddler and I went to the seaside earlier on this gloriously sunny day. The weather has been so nice in the past week or so with today being the highlight. We have both been ill recently with colds & coughs so it's nice to be back out in the fresh air enjoying the sunshine. I do love these early October days, the beginning of Autumn with the temperatures of summer again! The sea looked so inviting today and a lot of other people must have thought so because there were sunbathers in bikinis & quite a few swimmers in the sea. We sat eating our lunch on the beach watching the world go by. It was a low tide too so we even got to play in the sand! :) What did you get up to today?

ReplyDeleteFunnily enough we did exactly the same at the weekend, this lovely spell of autumn weather has been far to good to miss out on. Glad you made the most of the lovely weather, there is nothing quite like a day of sea air. thank you for sharing with me on Country Kids.
